This park offers a primarily wooded setting, with a terrain ranging from flat to hilly. Many activities are available, including hiking, hunting, mountain biking, backpacking, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing. The Savage River Dam and its tributaries provide opportunities for fishing on miles of designated areas (with the appropriate licenses). Camping is permitted, with sites available on a first-come, first-served basis. Located in the northern section of Garrett County.
