The zoo features more than 2,100 animals of more than 400 species, as well as hundreds of varieties of plants. Attractions include an IMAX theater, an 82,500-gallon coral reef exhibit, Skytrail monorail rides, and a fabulous World of Birds show. Discovery Bay features year-round dolphin viewing, a shark exhibit, a tide pool, and more. The Wells Fargo Family Farms depict the past and present of the Minnesota family farm and offer one of the first permanent public exhibits of cloned animals. The zoo opens daily at 9 AM.
