Categories: Fun & Games; Arts & Culture; History & Heritage; Local Highlights

In the mid-1800s, Scotch-Irish stonemasons built more than a dozen graceful stone bridges over Hillsborough's streams. Five remain today, and four of these support auto traffic. Constructed without mortar, the bridges are held together by keystones.

I-89 exit 5.
