Interstate 74 cuts through downtown Peoria and Interstate 474 forms a loop around the city to the south. Downtown streets are a hodgepodge of overlapping grid systems. Generally, streets running parallel to the river are divided into northeast and southwest addresses, with Main Street forming the dividing line. North of downtown, east-west addresses are divided by North Knoxville Avenue.

Service is from about 6 AM to 6 PM during the week, with reduced service on Saturday and no Sunday service. Rides cost $0.75 and transfers are free.
