Some of the hottest late-night action in town can be found in the Strip District where clubs with one-word names like Touch and Level keep dancers on the floor til all hours. For a quiet, elegant evening, head downtown to the Terrace Room of the William Penn Hotel where you can sip a cocktail while soaking up the dulcet tones of a pianist or the occasional jazz combo.
For a different type of evening out, book a dinner and dancing cruise on the Gateway Clipper Fleet. These cruises feature music for all tastes, from big bands to rhythm and blues. They sail from Station Square Dock on the South Side.
