Bellingham is the home of Western Washington University and its impressive outdoor sculpture collection, where massive works by contemporary artists such as Richard Serra, Donald Judd, and Isamu Noguchi may be seen. Facilities at the Whatcom Museum of History and Art include the Whatcom Children's Museum and the 1892 Old City Hall.
