A leftover from the 1915 Panama Pacific Exposition, the building features a classical Roman rotunda with curved colonnades that are reflected in a lagoon. It houses an art collection, the Exploration museum, and a theater where the annual Ethnic Dance Festival is held. Opera and concerts are also performed here.
