Delightfully situated on a sand spit that forms the southern end of San Diego Bay, this beach overlooks the Pacific on one side and the bay on the other. Surfing and surf fishing are enjoyed here. There is a small campground for motor homes (no tents permitted), which must be vacated by 12 PM the next day, to resume its use as a parking lot. Restrooms are on-site. A path nearby, that runs between Coronado and Imperial beaches, is popular for bicycling and roller skating. Located along the Pacific shoreline, between Coronado and Imperial beaches.
