Anaheim is the home of Disneyland, where the original Magic Kingdom's eight theme "lands" cast their spell with adventure rides, parades, worlds of make-believe, and live entertainment.
Not to be outdone, Knott's Berry Farm takes the Old West as its theme, and features thrill rides as well as tamer stuff for the smaller kids at Camp Snoopy. You can still order up some of Cordelia Knott's famous fried chicken and boysenberry pie here, too.
Other nearby attractions include the Movieland Wax Museum and Medieval Times, both in Buena Park.
