Replacing a lost or non-responsive TPMS sensor

Replace Sensor Battery

If you have a sensor that is not responding, try replacing this battery, especially if you are getting a low voltage notification within your app.

The sensors are each powered by a single CR1632 Lithium coin-cell battery.

Replace Lost or Non-Working Sensor

  • If changing the battery does not work, and your product is still under warranty, contact customer support for a replacement
  • If you are out of the warranty period, you can purchase replacement sensors available at store.randmcnally.com/tpms-replacement-sensor-single.  
  • To install the replacement sensors, within the App, tap "Replace Sensor". Follow the on-screen cues to perform the replacement.
