I am unable to connect to cellular modem or Wi-Fi® through my HD 100. How do I connect?

Check communications: Check to see if any of the yellow (Wi-Fi) or green (Cell) indicator lights on the back of the HD 100 device are blinking or off. If so, verify the cable is connected to the back of the unit properly.

If none of the indicator lights are blinking or off, and you are still encountering an issue connecting to Cell or Wi-Fi, call Rand Rand McNally Customer Support at 1-877-446-4863.

Restart the device: Restart the device by first logging off, then pressing the Power button to shut off the device. Once the device has been shut off, press the Power button again. This will cause the device to reset and reconnect.
