Does you GPS display a blue progress bar running along the bottom of the screen?
Please perform a Diagnostics & Repair using the Rand McNally Dock if your device shows a blue progress bar running along the bottom of the screen. You can view a tutorial on performing a Diagnostics and Repair by clicking here. The dock will provide an option to perform a repair if the dock finds any issues with a file(s) on the GPS. Click repair. Once the repair has completed, disconnect your device and allow it to turn on. Your device will function normally.
Please contact Technical Support for additional assistance if the Rand McNally dock does not find any file(s) to repair or the repair option does not correct your issue,
If you do not see a blue progress bar running along the bottom of the GPS screen then it will need to come in for repairs.
