Does your GPS display a blue progress bar running along the bottom of the screen?

If so, please perform a Diagnostics & Repair using the Rand McNally Dock. You can view a tutorial on performing a Diagnostics & Repair by clicking here. The Dock will provide an option to perform a repair if it finds any issues with files on the device. Once the repair is complete, disconnect your device and allow it to turn on. Your device should function normally.

If you do not see a blue progress bar running along the bottom of the screen, please contact technical support to send in your device for repair.
