My device does not get a GPS signal, how can I fix this?

Steps to resolve the issue:
Ensure the device is connected to a WiFi or hotspot connection
Along the bottom of your main screen, you will see a settings “gear” icon
Tap that icon and tap on General > System Settings > GPS Repair
Complete that process, restart the device and test to confirm the resolution
If the steps for your device don't work, then please contact our technical team for further investigation
