My device is displaying an error: system file missing

This error can be resolved by completing the Diagnostics & Repair process. Click here for a tutorial.
The Dock will provide an option to perform a repair if it finds any issues with files on the device. Once the repair is complete, disconnect your device and allow it to power on. Your device should function normally.
If the Dock does not find any files to repair, or if the Diagnostics & Repair process does not correct the problem, please call Technical Support at 877-446-4863 for assistance.
