Please follow the directions below:
- Ensure the device is connected to a Wi-Fi or hotspot connection.
- Tap Settings (gear icon) on the launch screen.
- Scroll down on the General tab and tap System settings.
- Tap Apps & notifications > Truck Navigation and Force Stop the application.
- Return to the Rand McNally Launcher screen and tap the RAND NAVIGATION app.
- Tap the Settings icon and under the General tab there is a button for GPS repair.
- Tap Scan and it will scan all navigational files and make corrections if needed.
- Restart the device and return to the RAND NAVIGATION app to confirm the issue is resolved.

- Return to the Rand McNally Launcher screen and tap the RAND NAVIGATION app.
- Tap the Settings icon and under the General tab there is a button for GPS repair.
- Tap Scan and it will scan all navigational files and make corrections if needed.
- Restart the device and return to the RAND NAVIGATION app to confirm the issue is resolved.

Please follow the directions below:
- Ensure the device is connected to a WiFi or hotspot connection
- Go to Android Settings > Apps > Truck GPS and Force Stop the application
- Return to main Application page and go to Rand McNally Launcher > Validate Configuration > let that process complete.
- Once returned to the RM Launcher, tap on Repair GPS Data
- Tap on Scan and it will scan all navigational files on your software and make corrections if needed
- Restart the device and return to Truck GPS to confirm the issue is resolved
