What do I do if my TND™ 760 won’t power on or loses power intermittently?

Check your power connection: Ensure that the cable is secured to the device. Reestablish the cable connections by unplugging them, then plugging them back in. Finally, make sure the locking collar is turned. If you are still encountering an issue, please call Rand McNally Customer Support at 1-800-641-RAND (7263).
Check Communications: Check to see if green light to the left of the Home button on your device is on. This indicates the device has power. If so, call Rand McNally Customer Support at 1-800-641-RAND. If not, verify the cable is connected to the back of the unit properly.
