What if I try to run a report on the Rand McNally Connect web portal, and I don’t see any data?

Go to the Management tab on the Connect web portal toolbar, and select Reporting Groups to verify that you are assigned to the reporting group of the driver or vehicle you are trying to run a report on. Select the driver or vehicle group you wish to pull data on by clicking the magnifying glass icon and selecting the group from the drop-down menu. Then click Show.
Then, go to the Managers tab and confirm that you are listed in this group. If you are not, then use the arrow buttons or drag and drop your name to Managers in Group.
