Please follow the directions below:
Open the RAND NAVIGATION app.
Tap the Settings icon and under the General tab press the button for Data Repair.
Tap Scan and it will scan all navigational files and make corrections as needed.
Note: This process may involve a large download (up to 10 GB) and can take a long time to complete. Make sure your tablet is connected to a reliable Wi-Fi connection (not a hotspot) and plugged into a charger.
Restart the device and return to the RAND NAVIGATION app to confirm the issue is resolved.
